Whatever negative stuff you are imagining right now ignore them because as long as your heart is beating, you have to live it up to the fullest! In life, each of us came across different conflicts and surprises, some of them emboldened us but few weakened us. Have you ever imagine a life without having a high-risk-kind-of-situation? Oh, that'll be a boring one! We need spices (difficulties, struggles or such) to mold us to become a better person. 
But on a daily basis, how can we really handle those stressful situation? Let me share a few tips on how to survive a day with your temper at bay. 

LISTEN TO SOFT AND CALMING MUSIC
The consoling power of music is well-grounded. It has a unique link to our emotions, so can be an extremely effective stress management tool. Try giving yourself an hour or so of time alone just listening to good calming music.

GO FOR A WALK
Walking down the street can help you calm your mind and alleviate the stress. It can help you think more clearly. Just choose to walk down a quite street.

LESSEN YOUR CAFFEINE INTAKE
Daily dose of caffeine may not be bad as long as you know your limitations. On a daily basis, I know that it keeps you going (I'm talking about coffee here) esp. after spending almost the whole night wide awake. Just remind yourself that too much intake is really not a good thing. 

MAKE A TO-DO LIST
Aaaah! This will save time and keep you away from cramming on few of your tasks. Time management plays a big role in your life, so better handle it justly. Plan things ahead of time and jot down the things you need to accomplish each day. A little notebook with you might help.

SMILE AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE
Forcing yourself to smile can boost your mood. (Psychologists have found that even if you’re in bad mood, you can instantly lift your spirits by forcing yourself to smile.) So don't be stingy when it comes to smiling.
