New Shades of Revlon Nail Enamel

 Hi, dolls! Remember my blog post Revlon Spring 2013 here? Well, I intend to post next to that are my two new shades of Revlon Colorstay™ longwear nail enamel which are the Jungle & Sunburst but due to my erratic agendas, I failed. 
As you can see there’s a four addition to my collection which are all in light shades of brown, far away from embodying vivid colors.

In my own opinion, I can say that this ColorStay™ Longwear technology seals my nails for about 7 days before it started to chips off. Why didn’t it lasts for 11 days? Maybe because I didn’t used their base and top coats. *sigh*. The other thing you’ll love about this product is that it’s so easy to apply with its uniquedouble barrel brush that allows smooth, even, precise application. The Voice Of The Philippines

In just a few minutes from now, the Philippines most awaited singing competition  is about to start, The Voice Of The Philippines, the biggest and yet the toughest vocal competition ever in the Philippines franchised from U.K. Who's excited? I am! Tell me you are, too? ;) The show will be hosted by Toni Gonzaga, while Robi Domingo, and Alex Gonzaga will serve as the show's V-Reporters or media correspondents and backstage hosts.
And the biggest of all is that Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo Mañalac, Lea Salonga, and Apl.de.Ap will serve as the four coaches and the judging panel of the show. Love em' coaches! Will surely watch the said show. And what's more I love about this is that it really give chances to our very own talented Filipinos out there, It focuses on their talent not the looks. What's not to look forward too?
And you know what? The Revlon Team headed by Mr. Eman De Leon will be the makeup team doing makeup for The Voice contestants.
Say hello to the Revlon Make-Up Team! The one wearing the fedora hat is Mr Eman De Leon, the head of the team. And the team members from left to right are Shiela, Dira, Bubblets, Nica, Ivee. I can sense that all the contestants will shine on the competition.
The team headed by Mr. De leon had accomplished the ff:
  • X-Factor Philippines head makeup artist 2012
  • Good Vibes head makeup artist 2011
  • Head makeup artist of some of the major fashion shows by Preview Magazine and Cosmopolitan Magazine
  • Works on major magazines such as Cosmopolitan Magazine, Metro Society, Mega magazine and more have been published.
  • Has worked with Claire Unabia of America's Next Top Model, international recording artist Marie' Digby, Enrique Gil, Coleen Garcia and more.

Revlon products overload it is. I have used and reviewed some of these in which you can view HERE. Too many to look forward too on this show.

Did I just saw my crush? Haha! Yes, Mr. De Leon did Bamboo's make-up for the presscon and as well as Robi Domingo's make-up and hair for a spill.

I always admire the way Mr. Eman De Leon do the make-up thingy, you can obviously see that his really good at it. And on this video, I just love everything on it but more specifically the eye makeup and quoted from the video "the more natural they look, the better." And for the lips, he used the Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede™ Lipstick in Silhouette.

Lipstick junkie are you? If yes, have you tried this Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede™ Lipstick? If No, will you give it a try? In between my 1st and 2nd year in college, I've been a lipstick/gloss lover and during that time I'm usually into lip-glosses that tastes sweet. Haha! I know you got what I mean, lol. I'm really always happy to find new products and try them, if it's good, for sure I'll treasure them and buy again when consumed but when na-ah I don't like it, buh-bye. And the latest on my collection is this Ultimate Suede Lipstick from REVLON.

I think I've got pretty shades here and I adore all of it, is it too much? Well, I can't resist those shades, really meant for me. And let me mention one by one what I like about this product:
  • The packaging; love the crystal clear caps that shows you what the shades look like though its body also screams the shade of the lipstick.
  • Lightweight.
  • A bit effect of shimmering.
  • Many shades available. (Really love the colors)
  • Easy to apply and glides smoothly.
  • It stays longer than expected but it doesn't last all day without reapplying.
  • Really moisturizing on the 1st-2nd glides.

One thing that I hate about it, is that after a couple of minutes applying or when you smack your lips together, it tends to become a little bit sticky. It's not a good feeling for me but overall it's superb. I'm really in love with the shades and again there's 20 available shades.

Will I recommend this? Yes. I really find this lipstick amazing and the packaging is really cute and you might not know this lipstick looks really great on your lips, no harm in trying, lovelies.

Skin aging is one process that we can't escape in this lifetime, right? As we age, normally we noticed wrinkles, age spots and dryness. And we are also aware that nowadays there's a lot of procedures that are done to slow down those signs of aging and many beauty products are made as well. And now I'll share another age defying essentials to my readers. Remember my review about REVLON Age Defying With DNA Advantage™ Concealer HERE? That's really one of the best concealer I've ever tried. And now I'll share my review about the Revlon Age Defying With DNA Advantage Powder.

Let's start with what REVLON says about the product:
  • Our ultra fine powder helps skin to feel conditioned and look luminous, minimizing the appearance of discoloration due to the signs of aging. This deluxe pressed powder glides on seamlessly and feels lightweight on skin. Skin looks smoother and conditioned and does not settle into fine lines, wrinkles and pores.

Here are the things that I love about Revlon Age Defying With DNA Advantage Powder:
  • It looks natural on the skin.
  • It really controls oil.
  • It doesn't dry the skin.
  • It's easy to apply and blends smoothly on the skin.
  • It's very lightweight.
  • It's not shimmery and chalky.
  • It doesn't settle in between fine lines.

And here are the things I don't like much:
  • The brush that comes along with it is so little and stiff.
  • The packaging is not that good, it's bulky and the mirror is small.

Overall, I'll recommend this product for sure. For a drugstore product, Revlon never cease to amaze me especially with this foundation and you'll be more happy if you found the right shade for you. This product is  really a good one because it gives you a natural look and controls oiliness, just right for me. And take not it is an age defying product. It's good to use in conjunction with Revlon Age Defying DNA Advantage™ makeup to achieve superior anti-aging protection.
